Our Scandinavian-minimalist bar is a quiet rebellion against the ordinary. Concrete, light wood, and clean lines frame the hum of the espresso machine, the scent of fresh pastries from our favorite local bakers, and the desert breeze spilling in from Tahquitz Canyon Way.

We pour Intelligentsia espresso with the precision it deserves, offer a rotating single-origin drip program for the curious, and craft seasonal iced creations that feel like the desert in a glass. Medium and large. Never small. Every choice is deliberate — from the beans we source to the ceramics you hold.
